When You Go Out the Door, Be As If You Were Seeing an Enemy

As people, we often put our guard down when we go through our normal daily lives. This is because once we have a stable and routine life, we unconsciously see no need to be always cautious and alert.

That is when the unexpected often hits us heavily because we have become so accustomed to our normal, stable comfort.

When I say go out as if you were seeing an enemy, I am not referring to a physical threat but rather more to threats that we cannot see with our eyes. Threats such as the negative energies that are directed at us.

To make it in life is the same as winning a war.

To win the war, you have to win the daily battles you face against the enemies. The more battles and combats you become the victor of, the more likely you are to win the overall war.

Same as life in general. We fight battles daily, most of which we are not aware of. Such as those of negative attitudes and energies directed at us by the people around us.

This type of battle can be brought upon us by family relatives, associates, friends, neighbours, colleagues, and pure strangers. Which can range from jealousy and envy to pure hate and resentment.

Such battles are hard to detect since they often are not directed physically but through how the 'enemy' views you and the energy they project to you.

A neighbour can be all cordial and jolly when they see you but project resentment when you leave their sight.

A friend can be all congratulatory to your achievements, but yet project jealousy when you turn your back.

Such are the daily battles we all face but are often not aware of. And that makes them way more dangerous than the physical battles where you know who your enemy is and you are aware that combat will ensue when you meet them. And therefore you are always ready for when such a conflict arises.

And this is the exact same way we ought to face the other battles as well. Even though I may not be aware that my associate loathes me, at least I need to be prepared and guard myself against such attacks.

At times, many fail to win the war because they encounter battles they do not know about and get defeated. Before they know it, their ultimate goals do not come to fruition because their close friend was the one who was in battle with them through the projection of a negative attitude, feelings of envy, and resentment towards them.

This happens everywhere and can happen to anyone. Therefore it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Not to be naive and unreasonably overprotective thinking everyone is out to get you. But it is necessary to be on guard and aware of your surroundings to detect who may be a threat to you and what kind. In doing so, your chances of being victorious in such battles are increased.

So, before you step out of your home, it is safer to put your guard on and be always ready for combat for when we see it, you can either evade or attack the enemy; whatever will work best for winning that particular battle.

Sometimes, we fail to win the war (achieve our set goals) because we have enemies fighting against us unbeknownst to us.

We go around with our guard down engaging and sharing with the people around us, when at times, the person around you may be the enemy that is making it hard for you to win the war through projecting and directing energies that hinder your ability to win the battles you encounter.

Just as if you were in a literal world war, when you step out of the house, be as if you may somehow meet your enemy and may have to battle it out. In doing so, you increase your chances of winning the ultimate war you are fighting, the war to eventually lead the life you've always been longing for.
